Sick again

Temperature, swollen glands, stuffed up, ears hurt... doctor said he thought it was strep again even though the culture was negative. Something is going on, he said. So now I'm torn. Common sense says stay home and get better. General consensus seems to be "teachers learn to suck it up and work anyway." I don't know what the hell to do.
